Spinning: A fusion of outdoor riding techniques transferred to the Indoor Cycle for a unique, user-friendly ride that will give you a great cardio workout. Feel your energy surge with this fun, high-powered cycling class including drills, hills and sprints.
Barre: Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat and core exercises at the Barre. We always include a releasing stretch after we work a muscle group, which results in stronger and more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility. Each class is designed for you to feel invigorated, challenged, and inspired.
Boot Camp: Take your fitness to the next level with Boot Camp! This hour-long class combines traditional calisthenics, strength training and weighted exercises, all in the form of high-intensity interval training. This class will make you push yourself harder than you ever have before.
Fab Abs: A total body toning class that works on strength training with a focus on the Core muscles. This class includes a mixture of cardio bursts, isolated strength training, and partner work. Using both body-weight and different equipment, the class aims to engage the core in every workout as a way to work towards full body fitness. Don't be afraid to sweat!
Kickboxing 101: Come learn the basics of kickboxing, get a good workout in, and get fit! Kickboxing is a great stress reliever and works every part of your body, from arms to legs to core, with cardio as a main component as well. This kickboxing 101 class will teach you all the basics you need. Punch and kick the stress away, have fun, and channel your inner boxer!
Latin Dance: Do you like fitness and latin dancing? Then join us for a high-energy latin training course, inspired by zumba. Come and work up a sweat while grooving to the beats of salsa and merengue. Good for beginners: this class is all about moving to the music and having fun, regardless of your fitness and dance level!
Pi-Yo: is an athletic, upbeat blend of pilates and yoga with a focus on strength training, calisthenics, and flexibility. Unlike barre, yoga, and pilates, Pi-Yo focuses on combining cardio with traditional strength training and stretching all while performing a choreographed routine to music from the Top 40. PiYo was created for the cardio enthusiast who desires an upbeat way to tone muscle, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body against injury, but doesn't enjoy the more relaxed atmosphere of a yoga or barre studio.
Strength Training: A strength training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. Total body incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles.
Yoga: This energizing and rejuvenating class welcomes all levels. Focus on breathing with movement and creating strength and flexibility through vinyasa flow. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Zumba: A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. A Zumba class is typically not formulaic in that instructors often add on their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique.A fusion of outdoor riding techniques transferred to the Indoor Cycle for a unique, user-friendly ride that will give you a great cardio workout.
