For Students

Change of Address

Students can now edit their address directly in Workday. Instructions can be found in the MyWellesley Portal under Student Self-Service.

Cross Registration

Refer to the Cross-Registration page on our website for more information.

Students must be logged into WC Google account to access these forms. An original filled out and signed copy of the form must be provided to the MIT Registrar. A copy must be provided to the Wellesley College Registrar. Forms can be dropped off in person, or sent to registrar@wellesley.edu.

 

Firstyear Students wishing to take more than 4.75 units in Spring

Class Deans review requests from Firstyear students who wish to take more than their allotted maximum 4.75 units. Students who wish to request a course overload in their Spring semester must fill out this form.

Multicultural Requirement

Class Deans review courses towards the Multicultural Requirement. To request a course to be reviewed, students must fill out a Multicultural Requirement form.

Transfer of Credit

Students who wish to transfer credit from courses they have taken or plan to take at other institutions must fill out a Transfer of Credit Form. Students should familiarize themselves with the Transfer of Credit Guidelines that outline what kinds of courses are eligible for transfer of credit. As part of the request students can indicate they wish the course to transfer just as college credit, or to count towards their Major or Minor, or towards a Degree Requirement. For Faculty

Grade C- or Below

At the end of each term, faculty need to fill out a form for each student who earned a Grade C- or Below

Incomplete Grades at the end of the Semester

At the end of each term, faculty need to fill out a form for each student who is taking an Incomplete.

  • If the student subsequently completes the coursework, faculty can update the incomplete grade (follow the link for detailed instructions)
  • If coursework is not completed by the beginning of the next major term, the grade will turn into a permanent incomplete

New or Revised Course Proposal

Faculty who wish to offer a brand new course, or are making significant revisions to the course content of an existing course must submit a New Course Form, to be reviewed by the Committee on Curriculum & Academic Policy (CCAP). The form is available via:
