WellTrack is a cognitive behavior tool for students, who experience anxiety and depression, whereby they can track their moods and learn ways to cope and manage more effectively. It can be used alone or in conjunction with psychotherapy. Students can access this tool by registering using their Wellesley.edu email address here:
