Welcome, Class of 2026!
Get ready for your first taste of the Wellesley community!
The New Student Orientation program is designed to help you, as a new student, begin your transition into college and to find a sense of belonging at Wellesley. The program has something for all of our new students including domestic, transfer, Davis Scholar, and international students. Our program events, conversations, and activities will help you enrich your Wellesley experience and feel at home in our diverse community. New Student Orientation is mandatory for all students. You should have received additional information regarding our programming, move-in dates, etc. in your Wellesley email.
Specific programs are designed to:

Introduce you to our Wellesley College community, shared values, and rich tradition

Provide opportunities for you to establish meaningful personal connections with students, faculty, and others in the extended Wellesley family

Familiarize you with the campus and its resources, including academic advising and support services

Prepare you to become actively engaged in this community of lifelong learners as you embark on your liberal arts education

Orientation Schedule
July 20 - Virtual New Student Orientation begins. Check your Wellesley email for login instructions on July 20.
Starting July 26, live Zoom events will take place every Tuesday at 8:00pm EST. These will be recorded and are not required events (although we strongly encourage you to attend!).
July 26 - Flourishing at Wellesley: Connecting with your peers (Zoom)
August 2 - Flourishing at Wellesley: Keeping Well at Wellesley (Zoom)
August 9 - Flourishing at Wellesley: Choosing Courses 101 (Zoom)
August 16 - Flourishing at Wellesley: Preparing for Registration (Zoom)
August 23 - Flourishing at Wellesley: Building Community (Zoom)
August 28 - International Student Move-in (8am-12pm)
August 29-31 - International Student Orientation (registration required via Student Checklist)
August 31 - Domestic Student Move-in (8am-12pm)
September 1-4 - New Student Orientation
September 6 - Classes Begin
