As the College bids adieu to one of the largest graduating classes in its history, those seniors are set to commence the next exciting phase of their lives. We wish them well and hope to hear from them often!

On Friday, May 30, Wellesley celebrates the purple class of 2014, its 136th graduating class. Commencement exercises begin at 10:30 a.m.

Addressing the Class of 2014 and an international audience of family and friends will be Sue Wagner '82, co-founder and now member of the board of directors of BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager. Wagner was one of eight individuals who started the company, which now employs more than 11,000 people, and has $4.32 trillion in assets under management. She has received recognition as one of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Business" by Fortune magazine, and many other accolades.
