Uploading Additional Documentation

If you would like to request additional accommodations and/or need to upload additional documentation after your have submitted an initial application, follow the steps below. 

 
1) Log into the AIM portal using your Wellesley Duo Login
2) On the left-hand sidebar, click "Additional Accommodation Request Form"

3) Select "Submit Additional Accommodation Request Form"

4) Select the term for which you are applying and answer the question as prompted, then select "Submit Application"

5) Complete the file upload on the following page

6) Once you have successfully uploaded documentation, you can schedule a meeting with an ADR advisor to discuss your accommodations.
