Welcome to Wellesley Recreation

Wellesley Recreation is excited to offer a variety of safe and engaging opportunities for members of the Wellesley College Community to pursue or maintain their fitness goals this fall:

Turkey Trot Virtual 5K
Wellesley College Recreation is excited to offer a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot Virtual 5K. Walk or run 3.1miles... it's up to you! Registration opens Friday, November 20th and closes Sunday, November 29th at 12pm EST. Runners and walkers can participate in the Wellesley College Turkey Trot starting at 5am EST on Thursday, November 26th through Sunday, November 29th at 6pm EST

Recreation Saturdays
Wellesley Recreation is excited to announce the addition of "Recreation Saturdays" beginning October 24. All activities will be in Dorothy Towne Fieldhouse, with reservations through R & R. Activities include indoor tennis (singles only), table tennis (singles only), pickleball (singles only), and “Pop Up” spin classes. On-campus students only.

In Person "Pop Up" Group Fitness Classes
Wellesley Recreation will be providing in person group fitness classes to on campus students when possible. Group exercise classes are a great way to stay connected, relieve stress, tone muscles, and provide a renewed sense of well-being. Pop Ups will be announced usually 2 - 3 days before the class and registration via R & R is required. 

Keohane Sports Center
For the health and safety of the College community, the Fitness Center, Chandler Pool, and Butler Boathouse are available to on-campus students only. R & R reservation required. 

Live Zoom Fitness Classes
Wellesley Recreation and Healthy You are partnering to provide free Zoom group fitness classes to Wellesley College students, faculty, and staff. Group exercise classes are a great way to stay connected, relieve stress, tone muscles, and provide a renewed sense of well-being.
