Can alumnae audit classes?

Yes, auditing is available for alumnae. Please visit: https://www.wellesley.edu/registrar/auditors

How do I report an alumna death and/or submit a memorial to the magazine?

To officially report that an alum has died, please notify the College by sending a link to an obituary (or an email or call from a family member of the deceased) to recordupdates@wellesley.edu or 800.339.5233. To submit a 100-word memorial for the magazine, send it to Lisa Scanlon Mogolov ’99 at lscanlon@wellesley.edu. Deadlines for each issue are:

SUMMER  -  May 1

 

How can I report news for a Class Notes column?

Please send your updates to your class secretary at the email address at the top of the column in the magazine. (Format is 1999notes@alum.wellesley.edu; just sub in your four-digit class year.) The secretary’s deadlines for copy are listed below, so please reach out before those dates.

How do I request extra copies of the magazine?

If you need a replacement issue of the current magazine or of any other, please email magazine@wellesley.edu or call 781-283-2344.

How can I receive financial support to attend a ticketed alumnae event?

Our Wellesley network is at its best when all alums are able to participate. The Alumnae Association has set aside a dedicated fund to assist alums with the cost of attending ticketed club, class, or SIG events. All requests will be kept confidential; groups will not be informed of who has received aid. If you would like to request assistance for a ticketed event, please fill out the request form.

How do I order a Wellesley Chair?

Wellesley Chairs are ordered directly through the manufacturer. Click here to access the manufacturer's order form.

Wellesley ChairHandmade in Gardner, Massachusetts of solid maple, featuring the Wellesley College seal lasered on the chair crown. Two finishes are available: cherry stain or black with cherry crown and arms.

Personalization is available for an additional cost. Inscription may be up to 3 lines, with a maximum of 30 characters per line. Please add your personalization to the order notes when you place your order.
